Salon Policies

COVID-19/Flu Policy 2023

-We ask that you please reschedule your appointment if:


1. You feel sick/have had a fever or have tested positive for COVID-19/Flu within 72 hours of your service.

2. You have been in contact with anyone with fever or symptoms consistent with COVID-19/Flu within 5 days of your service.


-Masks are optional.


-Please only one family member per child receiving a service.


On behalf of the team at Mariposa Salon, we have made great efforts to ensure the safety of our team and guests. We ask that you please adhere to this protocol, for your safety and the safety of our team and other guests. We understand that all guests may not feel comfortable with these guidelines and ask that you wait to schedule your service until you are comfortable. Your safety and the safety of our team is paramount during this time.

Children's Policy

For the safety of your loved ones and the relaxation of all our guests, we ask that child care is arranged prior to your appointment. Children cannot be left unattended in waiting area and are not permitted in service area unless receiving a service. 


Only one family member per child receiving a service.

Cancellation Policy

Our time is reserved for YOU, therefore we ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that life sometimes has other plans and appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible,so that your service provider may have the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We value all of our guests and appreciate your understanding.



SERVICE REDO POLICY

Please notify us within 72 hours of your service if you would like to request a redo. A redo request will be considered if received within that time frame. The redo service must be booked within 14 days of the original service, for the same service.
