Salon Policies

***COVID-19 Policy***

All appointments must be booked on line at

using a credit card to secure the reservation (credit cards will not be charged at this time)

All appointments must be confirmed electronically by replying to confirmation text or email.  This will act as your city mandated waiver for service.

All guests must have masks on before entering Mariposa Salon.  Please wear a mask with ear loops for hair services.  If you do not have one will be provided for you at no additional cost.

Masks must remain on at all times while in the salon.

No food or drink is allowed during your visit, but water is available to go.

Please give us a call from your vehicle to let us know you've arrived, we will let you know when your service provider is ready.

We will take your temperature upon entry and ask that you please wash your hands.

Remember that all social distancing rules still apply and we have added markers throughout the salon as reminders. 

You may schedule your next service with your provider before leaving their chair and exiting the salon.

There is no need to stop at the reception desk unless you are using a different form of payment.

Please only one family member per child receiving a service.

We ask that you please adhere to this protocol, for your safety and the safety of our team and other guests. We understand that all guests may not feel comfortable with these guidelines and ask that you wait to schedule your service until you are comfortable. Your safety and the safety of our team is paramount during this time.

Children's Policy

For the safety of your loved ones and the relaxation of all our guests, we ask that child care is arranged prior to your appointment. Children cannot be left unattended in waiting area and are not permitted in service area unless receiving a service

Only one family member per child receiving a service.

Cancellation Policy

Our time is reserved for YOU, therefore we ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that life sometimes has other plans and appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible,so that your service provider may have the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We value all of our guests and appreciate your understanding.
